Buy TICKETS online or from the app. Tours do sell out and we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Prices subject to change.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Q: How do I pay for my tour?
All bookings must be made and paid for in advance through our mobile app or website using a debit/credit card. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Your card will be charged at the time of booking to secure your tour reservation.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Absolutely. You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Simply log in to your account or contact our support team to assist with the change.
Q: What if the weather is bad or the car owner cancels?

When will I receive my ticket after booking my tour online?
After booking your tour on our site or app and after the tour availability has been confirmed, you will receive your tickets by email. You just have to print them or have them loaded on your phone or tablet to present to the driver.
Start and end location?
Tours start/end OUTSIDE the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Downtown, 275 Baker St NW, Atlanta 30313 (Classic Rides ATL stand is outside of Dos Bocas restaurant).
How early should I arrive for the tour?
Boarding begins 15 minutes before the scheduled departure tour time.

Valet and self parking are available at the hotel. Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Downtown, 275 Baker St NW, Atlanta 30313.

Length:
The Classic tour lasts either 1.5 hours or 3 hours, depending on your chosen tour package.
What happens if I arrive late? Can I reschedule?
Unfortunately, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. Once the car departs, we regret that you won’t be able to join the tour.
Can I get off the Classic Car?
This is not a hop-on/hop-off tour. There is only one stop along the route: a 10-minute break at the Martin Luther King National Park. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Wheelchair access?
The cars are not wheelchair accessible.
Kid-friendly?
The tour is recommended for ages 12 and older. Any child occupying a seat must have a paid ticket.
Restroom break?
There are no scheduled restroom breaks. Please use the restroom before boarding the ride.
Tipping?
Tour guides and chauffeurs appreciate tips for excellent service.
Language?
Tours are conducted in English.
Audio/video recording?
Audio and video recording are not allowed without prior written consent.
Cancellation?
Tours may be canceled by the driver or operator for any reason, including weather or safety concerns.
Drinks?
Alcohol, food, and drinks are not permitted in the cars. Non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed off the tour.
